The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) is hosting a regional conference in Scottsburg on Wednesday, Oct. 8. Join us at MASPark to learn about opportunities for new community initiatives. Anyone who is interested in learning more about OCRA service programs and funding should attend. Lt. Gov. Sue Ellspermann will be the keynote speaker.

OCRA’s mission is to promote community prosperity to strengthen Indiana’s economy by providing capacity-building solutions to assure ready, marketable and competitive communities for economic growth. The organization is hosting eight regional conferences in October for civic volunteers, mayors, council-members, county officials, members of the Indiana General Assembly, Main Street organizations, local and regional economic development officials (LEDOs), community foundation staff, convention and visitors bureau staff, educators and youth program coordinators.
